About the role:
Oracle's National Security Group is seeking consultants that have a passion for Oracle application development that can support an enterprise HCM transformation effort within the US Intelligence community.

This role is an integral part of an elite team with diverse skill sets that designs and delivers unique solutions that integrate a wide variety of Oracle commercial hardware, software, and cloud into secure, mission critical solutions for our government customers.
The ideal candidate:
Will be responsible for the end-to end delivery of our engagements, have a passion for client success, and be a skilled industry practitioner who knows how to reinvent organizations and provide clients with industry solutions and success.
Specifically, they will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:
Working under the supervision of the PMO Director in an enterprise HCM transformation effort within the US Intelligence community Understanding customer requirements and helping translate them into project deliverables and milestones Project governance, stewardship, financial management and project planning.
Owning the creation and updating of relevant project documentation including:
Customer Project Plan Change Management Process Risk Mitigation Plan Project Budget Project Status Reporting (Core team and Steering Committee levels) Project Schedules & Meeting Logistics Managing successful project closure and executes the hand-off processes and communication About the team:

Required Qualifications:
United States citizenship Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Poly (or an ability to obtain one) Bachelor's Degree in Management, IT, or a related field (or 8 years of equivalent work experience) 8 or more years of Program/Project Management experience in delivering software-based solutions preferably in Human Capital Management Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and government stakeholders
Qualifications:

Skill or experience in the following is highly desired:
Formal Program/Project Management training & certification such as CAPM/PMP Understanding of project financial and budgetary principals Experience working with government CORs, COs, IDIQs, and TTOs A working understanding of industrial security requirements within the intelligence community Working knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform with familiarity of other HCM platforms & cloud-based solutions Functionally astute in using project management software (MS project, Excel, Visio) other analytical and statistical software packages and tools An entry-level management position responsible for a small segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region.
Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement.
Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability.
Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plan.
Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process.
Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream.
Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers.
Provides oversight to projects within portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position, including 1 year or greater of project or direct line management experience.
Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity.
Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.
Solid knowledge of the product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus.
Selling skills preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
