Position Description:
The position will play a dual role for the Process Excellence & Digital Strategy organization:
Process & System Integration Steward and Digital Strategy Program Manager.
As a Process & System Integration Steward, the position is accountable for the design, implementation, execution, and improvement of business processes and systems integration within the External Manufacturing & Strategy organization.
The person plays an important role in the installation and realization of objectives and the External Manufacturing digital transformation efforts.
As the Digital Strategy Program Manager, the position assignments include all program and change management activities associated with process and systems improvement:
coordinating the portfolio of projects, steering communications, identifying risks, developing appropriate installation and realization metrics to measure the progress and success of the projects.
The incumbent will also be expected to influence and coach targets, managers, and other sponsors.
Primary Activities:
A.
External Manufacturing Processes & System Integration Steward:
Serve as the process and digital systems integration Steward for a given workstream of the ExM Digital Strategy.
Monitor health of the workstream processes and systems via KPIs and user feedback.
Diagnose root cause(s) and install corrective and preventive actions.
Drive process improvement projects of core ExM processes in the workstream
Promote on-going collaboration and alignment with workstream stakeholders across ExM and functional partners.
Serve as a change agent within ExM for process improvements and transformational initiatives B.
Digital Strategy Program Manager:
Serve as the Program Management leader for the ExM Digital Strategy Program, coordinating and managing all aspects of the program to ensure successful outcomes, including:
Portfolio Management and Resource Allocation
Communications and Stakeholder Management
Risk Management
Value Estimation and Realization Position Qualifications :
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's degree preferably in the Engineering, Science or Business.
Multiple business areas are preferred - operations, supply chain, procurement or business.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Minimum 2 years of program management and change management experience
Digital program management experience is strongly preferred
Pharma experience is preferred but not required
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills.
Has demonstrated strong leadership, managerial, problem solving, and team building abilities and sensitivity to diverse cultures.
Possess the ability to work independently with minimal coaching.
Demonstrated ability to manage and improve processes and to drive change.
