SMALL CRAFT OPERATIONS & REPAIR LEADER

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is:
1) Training and directing a team of workers in the performance of overhaul and repairs to small water craft including sail boats and small motor power boats; 2) Building keel blocks, bilge blocks, cradles, shoring, cribbing and other structures to support boats in the marine railway or on skids and the necessary shoring, staging and skids for around the boats; 3) Planning, laying out, measuring, cutting, constructing, or installing materials according to dimensional requirements and specifications; 4) Using various techniques and methods in the preparations and coating of water craft standard surfaces. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
