PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPRESENTATIVE
For Outside applicants claiming VEOA (i.e., those without current or prior Federal competitive or excepted service) must meet specialized experience requirements equivalent to the GS-10 grade level in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS- 10 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
1) Assisting with inspections/assessments in the areas of hazardous waste disposal, HVAC systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, custodial, grounds and structural systems and subsystems, as well as renovation projects; 2) Recommending quality assurance/performance assessment plans for specific contracts; 3) Ensuring contractors' adherence to safety measures, wage and hour laws, and labor relations; and 4) Assisting with detailed reports, recommendations, contract modifications and correspondence.
