PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPRESENTATIVE

For Outside applicants claiming VEOA (i.e., those without current or prior Federal competitive or excepted service) must meet specialized experience requirements equivalent to the GS-10 grade level in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS- 10 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
1) Assisting with inspections/assessments in the areas of hazardous waste disposal, HVAC systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, custodial, grounds and structural systems and subsystems, as well as renovation projects; 2) Recommending quality assurance/performance assessment plans for specific contracts; 3) Ensuring contractors' adherence to safety measures, wage and hour laws, and labor relations; and 4) Assisting with detailed reports, recommendations, contract modifications and correspondence. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
