Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience performing or leading mail management and postal operations work equivalent to the next lower grade lever GS-07 or pay band in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a knowledge of postal and mail management policies, principles, and regulations and processes to ensure all incoming and outgoing mail is handled, controlled, and safeguarded. I have experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to resolve problems associated with technical mail handling and processing functions. I also have experience training personnel on a variety of postal operations duties and mail services. Examples of specialized experience includes:
1) Provide technical guidance to resolve problems related to mail management, standing operating procedures and postal policy issues; 2) Assist in the development of records management, information control programs, USPS program surveys, preparation of reports and / or retention schedules; 3) Assist in the development of program guidelines and procedures for postal and mail service information systems and administrative procedures to identify records management and information control problems; 4) Utilize control measures to prevent unauthorized access or entry into mail facilities and the theft and / or destruction of all mail, equipment, secret and other highly sensitive items. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
