PROGRAM AND MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
(1) conducting complex analyses, evaluations, or investigations in support of organizational programs, systems and processes to determine data in advance; (2) reviewing productivity in all areas, monitors problem areas, and oversees implementation of solutions to problems; (3) providing expert analysis and advice on complex program issues on operations and program requirements from sources that devises new analytical techniques to evaluate findings; (4) providing thorough technical advice/consulting support to senior managers specific to organizational long- and short-range planning; (5) implementing initiatives for accomplishing organizational objectives; (6) guiding the evaluation and measurement of organizational achievements; (7) leading or supervising the work of staff involved in multifaceted program segments and programs of technical, managerial, and administrative work. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
