Techinical SIGINT Systems Engineer

Perform software and systems engineering activities on TechSIGINT developmental and operational modernization programs.
Apply knowledge of a broad range of systems analysis and statistical methods to assess current and proposed programs.
Provide strategic guidance and engineering to successfully manage and align multiple projects and capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Direct and implement the application of high-level scientific research methods, analytical techniques, and other methodologies to assist with milestone decisions.
Liaise and collaborate with IC/DoD stakeholders and users to analyze systems and operations performance metrics, reporting requirements, and exchange knowledge regarding current and proposed systems.
Evaluate system performance and use Electronic Order of Battle (EOB) knowledge to assess performance of proposed analytic approaches and processing methodology.
Communicate status, issues, and roadblocks to the PMO on a recurring basis.
Facilitate the integration of new capabilities into the system-of-systems design for the program.
Participate in weekly user group meetings and technical demonstrations to gather feedback as part of the agile development requirements process.
Capabilities Required:
This position requires strong technical and communication skills. Successful candidates will be great communicators, good listeners, comfortable with change and uncertainty, big-picture oriented, and technically proficient.
Demonstrated experience is required in the areas of Electronic Order of Battle (EOB), multi-INT integration activities, user interface/user experience design and development, systems integration, software development best practices, technical design, and technical documentation, including the ability to perform technical research and document program requirements.
Acquisition knowledge/documentation experience.
Functional Requirements Documentation development.
Knowledge of Tactical and National ELINT and multi-INT integration activities.
System testing expertise in the development of Test Evaluation and Master Plans (TEMP).
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certification.
Prior software development and interface requirements experience.
Prior ELINT analysis experience.
Working knowledge of ELINT data flows, reporting formats, and collection capabilities.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Communications, Computer, or Electrical), Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar degree and meets the experience requirements, or equivalent documented combination of training and experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
