Sr Manager Alliances Industry Strategy -PubSec

Effective partnering with key stakeholders in the Industry Business Unit ("IBU"), Sales Leadership, Strategic Alliances and Partners is imperative to the success of the role. The individual will work closely with the leaders of the IBU, across partner leadership, and with C-level leaders in Alliances to drive industry alignment, growth strategies, solution development, top account penetration, and pipeline acceleration with both SI and ISV partners.
The successful candidate will have great energy and initiative with leadership qualities that inspire teaming and trust to influence multiple LOBs in support Alliances/Partnering Strategies.
The role will report up to the Vice President, Alliance Practice
Responsibilities:
First 30 days
Align with IBU Leadership for Industry to define and prioritize partner strategy
Define top priority accounts for the industry and partner alignment
Build partner industry plan, including marketing campaigns and priority solutions
Understand partner positioning in industry
Heat Map partner leadership and prioritize partner meetings/workshops
60-90 Days
Establish Cadence calls with all "anchor" partners
Launch timeline for partner solutions
Work with IBU to begin execution of campaigns
Develop Partner Industry Day strategy
Ensure partner joint account plans are executed for top priority accounts
Manage standard reports/dashboards for IBU and Alliance leadership
Additional responsibilities:
On-going GTM plan development and refinement
Awareness of top industry deals and partners role
Expansion of relationships into additional strategic ISVs and SIs
Solution launch plans
Support partner activities across global IBU events and engagement for relative industry
Evangelize Alliance industry strategy across multiple internal organizations including sales, marketing, services, and product marketing/management organizations
Qualifications:
Extensive and progressive experience in software Sales, Alliances, or Consulting
History of developing and executing partner Go-to-market plans
Successful execution of solution or campaign launches to global sales organization.
C-suite relationship engagement and management
History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships
Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
Track record of exceeding a metrics
Management experience
Experience or knowledge of the PubSec domain/vertical
Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Sound business acumen skills; thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Bachelors degree or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
CRM/platform and SAAS knowledge a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
