Basic qualifications:BS in Engineering - BS in Engineering
? 5-10 years experience as an electrical / utilities engineer in a GMP regulated industry with a focus on electrical power generation, distribution, control, and equipment design.
? Knowledge of utility systems used to support 24/7 manufacturing operations; including but not limited to purified water pre-treatment and generation, clean steam, clean gas, compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, electrical distribution, motor control, burner management emergency generators, air handlers, and building automation systems.
? Experience with installation of equipment in electrically hazardous classified areas.
? Prior project experience in the design, construction, and start-up of manufacturing facilities including utility systems.
? Prior experience translating vendor designs to generate installation plans (material take-offs, conduit/cable/termination plans (CBDs), construction bid packages as well as coordination of contractor installation (schedule, technical and safety over-site),
? Demonstrated ability to manage projects to completion on time and within budget.
? Strong technical understanding of plant power and electrical engineering practices, codes, and standards.
? Demonstrated ability to participate as a leader or member on cross-functional and self-directed work teams.
Preferred qualifications:? Professional engineering license strongly preferred
? Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
? Knowledge of maintenance, life-cycle management, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement is desired
Details:Be a leading technical resource for the design, installation, qualification, maintenance, and improvement of utility and facility systems and facilities located at the Rockville GMS site.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead assigned projects or teams as assigned to meet technical, budget and schedule goals.
? Lead in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new equipment or modifications to existing systems with consideration to new processing technologies or strategies. This may include assessing an economic, environmental, quality, or productivity impact while generating engineering reports.
? Use OE Tools to gather and analyze data on equipment/facility service problems in order to identify the root cause of the problem and generate possible solutions to equipment/facility service problems based upon the facts gathered and generating measurable improvements.
? Lead discussions and recommend solutions with key customer groups in order to gain a consensus on the repair or modification plans.
? Develop a project plan and budget, and then implement the approved modifications, following up to ensure the desired result has been achieved. Document plans and modifications in an appropriate manner. Capable to utilize project management tools such as MS Project, etc.
? Provide training to staff involved in the use or maintenance of equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
? Prepare or review operation, safety and maintenance procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
? Support validation staff in the development of validation strategies and testing plans; assess and recommend solutions for validation protocol deviations.
? Administrator for site?s Medium (15kv) and Low (460v) electrical power generation and distribution. Track changes to power system to ensure code compliance, reliability and maintainability. Lead site?s 70E compliance. Assist facilities as necessary with the planning of power system equipment maintenance (PMs) and troubleshooting.
? Site expert on Building Automation System (BAS) including process area climate control (pressure, temperature, humidity, air handling (damper control, motor VFD), and burner controls.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
