Product Manager

This critical Product Manager role requires a talented, experienced and self-directed business savvy technical professional to guide our products through all phases of product life-cycle management. In this role the Product Manager will provide use case analysis, prioritization direction, subject matter context and spearhead the overall direction of the product. This position should have a passion for bringing great products to market that meet the market's needs and company?s goals.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Product planning and execution through the iJET agile product life-cycles including:
Establishing and maintaining plans for the product's future direction
Gathering, prioritizing and communicating requirements
Work closely with Development, Marketing, Sales and support to ensure product goals are met; and with customers, market analysts and others to ensure the product plans align with company goals for growth and penetration
Work with product owners to ensure vision is translated into products
Manage key product partnerships to build and grow portfolio
Manage and recommend pricing and product packaging elements
Perform competitive analysis to ensure the products are well positioned in the market
Conduct market and competitive research, facilitate user interviews to stay informed of market dynamics and define implications to the software product Roadmap
Drive the product life-cycle consistent with a comprehensive strategies
Translate feedback from users and broader market analysis into user-defined requirements for product implementation, enhancements and additions.
Work closely with User Experience to design product concepts and Engineering to validate feasibility
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree, MBA desired
Certification in a Product Management Framework (e.g. Pragmatic Marketing), a plus!
Experience and Requirements
Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering software products with an emphasis on SaaS based technologies
Experience working in agile software development environments
Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing Framework, highly desirable
Proven track record for successful projects and products
Ability to develop and effectively communicate the "Roadmap"
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Understand the importance of cross department collaboration with development, design, and technology
Ability to translate market findings into new product/enhancement ideas and designs
Manage roadmap risk by triaging incoming bug/defect reporting and related requests
Ability to effective communicate the ?vision? of the platform and lead teams through briefings, updates, meetings and discussions to include Release Planning sessions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
