An Executive Administrative Assistant for Merchant Lynx should analyze all incoming merchant applications thoroughly ensuring all proper documentation is accurate and compliant.
They will have continued training weekly with the underwriters as a TEAM. Combine collective ideas for newsletters and educational exercises for ways to advise their sales force.
Deal with operations to discuss escalated problem accounts as needed and communicate with upper management. They must provide precise time-sensitive reports and assists with Contractor Support.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
Compliancy with Contract Rules & Regulations
Post sales ads on Craigslist
Multitasking, Managing Time, Proficiency & Accuracy
Organizing and Maintaining Office and Office Supplies
Funding & Contractor Commissions
Bank Deposits, Mailing & Shipping
Updating Spreadsheets (Funding, Sales, log book and Deposits)
Inputting information into several different databases
Make Incoming and Outgoing Calls while Recording necessary Phone Conversations for Quality Control
Track & Reconcile Sales Numbers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Troubleshoot Equipment & Gain Knowledge & Comprehension
Weekly Sales Meetings
Coordinate installations with Installer
Be efficient in Customer Service and Maintain great Customer relationships
