SALES SPECIALIST

Overview:
Sales Specialists must be capable of working independently as to market products and services to communities, property managers and owners.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers
+ Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
+ Scheduling events
+ Negotiate marketing tactics
+ Promote events
+ Establish clear communication between clients and prospects
Pre Employment Testing:
+ Candidates are subject to a pre-employment background screen
+ Candidates are subject to a pre-employment drug test
Administrative Duties
+ Event recapping
+ Finance management
+ Product inventory
+ Executions: The Sales Specialist will plan and execute
+ on-site events
+ engage consumers
+ increase property penetration rate by driving sales of services.
Expectations:
+ Meet and exceed weekly sales goals set by client
+ Meet weekly with Clients
+ Communicate and work with management to assist the sales teams with sales goal achievement
Qualifications:
+ prior sales experience in related fields such as real estate, outside sales, business to business, retail or Telecom.
+ strong work ethic, requires little supervision.
+ Solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills are imperative.
+ Reliable form of transportation; commuting/some travel is required.
+ Bilingual is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
