$100,000 to $120,000, Sales Manager - Interventional Cardiology- DC / MD - please apply online 7 Our Client is a market leader in the Interventional Cardiology market. Due to expansion, they are seeking a Sales Manager w/ a minimum of (5) years of management experience in the Interventional Cardiology space. This individual will be managing (8) Reps in the territory (DC / MD) and must live in the territory. The Reps will be calling on Cardiologists. The ideal candidate will have (10) years of experience selling in the Interventional Cardiology space, with (5) of those years in Sales Management. Responsibilities: Hire, motivate and coach outside sales force to maximize productivity Achieve budget by following company strategy and ensuring that product information is promoted consistently Forecast quarterly and annual territory sales plans and implements sales programs for national and independent dealers Formulate all sales policies and procedures and ensure that company resources are used efficiently Assist sales team to develop strategies in key accounts to maintain and gain market share Manage and close contracts with key accounts (Cardiologists). Requirements: 5 - 10 years of sales management experience in the Interventional Cardiology market. Experience managing direct reports with a mid-market sized quota. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
