Intelligence Manager - Executive Decision Support

The position of Intelligence Manager reports to the Director of Executive Decision Support ? XDS and is responsible for partnering with the Senior Intelligence Manager to ensure the XDS work-flow. The management of personnel will require managing the availability of analysts, their training and development, maintaining relationships with XDS contract analysts, and assisting with hiring and on-boarding of new analysts. More generally, the role is mid-level leadership, providing a point of reference and support for XDS analysts.
This role will also support the XDS Director by ensuring a transparent reporting of the current level of work in the department, of analyst status and needs, of implementing the Director's policies and strategies to the team.
Analyst Duties:
Consistently craft intelligence products that meet both Executive Decision Support's intelligence standards and the client's expectations
With the help of XDS and iJET leaders, develop a six-month and one-year client development plan and meet the established analyst responsibilities.
Coordinate regular metric collection and dissemination between iJET and Client POCs.
Ensure programmatic continuity by developing and maintaining the account's back-up and second back-up analyst bench.
Engage in cross-project analysis, including consistent sharing of information between analysts, participating in webinar or other external-facing group projects, and red-teaming peer analysts' work. While there is no set standard for the number of team engagements per-week or per-month, it is expected that an XDS analyst will be consistently engaged on a daily basis with teammates.
Conceptualize, develop, and propose to the Director, new initiatives to bolster XDS's intelligence production. These can include white papers, webinars, subject-specific passion projects, or other creative projects.
Education, Experience & Requirements
Master's Degree
5+ years of relevant work experience
International experience preferred
Fluency in multiple languages, desirable
Experience in the security vertical with government or private companies, desirable
Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
