To meet the needs created by our strategic growth, we are adding a Director of Sales to our Managed Services team\. WE ARE OPEN TO ANY LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION\.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for building and managing a national team of Managed Services Sales Specialists and Pre sales architects\.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Recruits, hires, and directs a team of sales and pre sales architects\.
Manages employee issues with management, Accounting, Employee Services, and other geographies\.
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly\.
Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives\.
Prepares pipeline and forecasting reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion\.
Leads and motivates engineering and sales staff through coaching, mentoring and performance management practices\. Sets clear achievable goals and puts necessary metrics and milestones in place to monitor and ensure progress\.
Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Client Executives and Sales Specialists\.
Identifies and leverages key relationships with potential partners and alliances consistent with company objectives and evaluates new partnerships required to meet goals\.
Identifies and build business cases for new offerings as market conditions and client needs dictate, advocates with Managed services delivery team to support new solution areas\.
Performs territory reviews in detail with all sales specialists
Performs annual planning, budget development and strategic offering planning
Requirements Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications \-
Bachelor s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
At least five \(5\) years experience in sales and business development, including two \(2\) years in sales management, preferably with a technology\-based company\.
Other Position Requirements
Demonstrated ability to multi\-task and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast\-paced environment
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated problem\-solving and project management skills\.
Demonstrated Microsoft Office \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, etc\.\) skills
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build and motivate a high performance sales team\.
Demonstrated ability to develop successful strategic business relationships resulting in optimized distribution and revenue generation
Demonstrated skill in accurately forecasting revenue for the company

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
