Senior Computer Scientist (Government)

This position requires a senior software engineer providing full system and software life-cycle support for incremental software functionality. The candidate should be self-motivated, enjoy working directly with the customer and with the end-users and value high quality software.
All candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (CCA not acceptable)
This position requires:
A minimum of 7 years with software development lifecycle, PERL experience, BASH shell scripting experience, Python scripting experience, Strong LINUX experience, Javascript experience, and knowledge/experience with Apache. Additionally within the last 7 years, a minimum of 5 years' experience with designing, coding, testing, and debugging software to run under either Microsoft Windows (XP or later) or UNIX (Solaris 8 or later, Redhat LINUX) Operating System is required. A familiarity with interfacing to CASPORT, a system Administration background and aJAVA development experience is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
