The responsibilities will include:
Origination and management of a pipeline of mortgage loans from application through closing.
Effectively manage daily production activity to ensure a high level of operational efficiency and profitability.
Continually originate new business through industry referral relationships and marketing strategies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the branch office.
Qualified individuals must be successful, self-motivated, ethical, and experienced originating residential mortgages. This includes:
Currently a full-time mortgage originator with three (3) or more years experience in the industry.
A track record of success, closing a minimum of $500,000 in loan volume per month.
Financially stable; with average or better credit history. No criminal history.
Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
Active NMLS ID or ability to obtain prior to employment if working under a banking exemption.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
