Scope of Position: Perform the design and engineering services related to residential and commercial land development projects.

Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:

Evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria on moderately complex projects.
Make design recommendations, adaptations, and modifications.
Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work.
Complete design work using computer aided software.
Prepare reports and correspondence concerning the direction of assigned projects.
Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
May assist senior level staff or management with clients and agencies; subcontractors, and design teams on moderately complex project issues.
Review plans and prepare or review technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
PE License or currently working towards PE License is highly preferred.
Minimum of 4-6 years design engineering experience in land development industry.
Experience with computer applications and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft office, haestad methods, etc.
Civil 3D experience.
Familiarity with reading construction plans.
Excellent communication skills in working effectively with government officials, clients and staff members.
Experience in financial analysis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
