Purchasing Specialist

Procurement performs administrative support activities for the Operations Department by responding with a sense of urgency. This position also acts as a liaison between the Services department and internal office staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create, track and process all Purchase Orders for Subcontractors, Contract Labor, and Expense Reimbursements.
Budget hours for all Contingent Staffing projects.
Enter weekly timesheets for all Billable employees.
Set up all Employees as Business Partners in SAP.
Track and coordinate submission of receipts for purchases using Smartlink-issued credit cards.
Track inventory and purchase all Office and Kitchen Supplies.
Book/track all travel for the Executive Team, as well as the Business Development, Sales, and Recruiting Departments.
Maintain professional, ethical, and company standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Experience in multi-tasking.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills.
