The successful candidate will c
onduct research in national seniors housing sales and valuation data collection for the RCA file, and construction coordination for the top 99 NIC MAP markets by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

Plan research schedule according to methods to be used, availability and quantity of available resources to complete assigned research.
Conduct research, utilizing appropriate primary and secondary sources of information, to collect, record, analyze, and evaluate facts.
Discuss findings and conclusions with appropriate personnel to further evaluate and then independently identify proper conclusion(s).
Monitor and report on all weekly seniors housing sales transactions valued at over 2.5 million dollars, verify transactions, solicit broker cooperation and return weekly file to appropriate personnel.
Monitor all construction research in assigned markets for seniors housing and care properties as well as senior apartment properties.
Direct lead-management involving three primary sources, McGraw Hill, BidClerk and Construct-A-Lead.
Initiate contact with new and existing companies for construction data and enter new data in survey system.
Consistently deliver research required for quarterly reporting as needed.
Collaborate with National Sale Director to develop construction contacts into sales leads.
Develop, edit, coordinate, submit and research weekly status reports in a timelyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
