Position Objective
Provides assistance to nursing staff in the admission process and the monitoring of patients substance abuse withdrawal and accomplishment of the daily activity schedule.
There is reasonable anticipation that employees in this position will be exposed to blood-borne pathogens.
Knowledge/Experience
Required: A High school diploma or equivalent. CPR -American Heart Association Health Care Provider. Ability to type 30 wpm. Demonstrates basic computer skills.
Preferred: Certification as a nursing assistant (C.N.A.). Position requires a combination of education, training and experience in a medical oriented setting that produces a demonstrated ability to work with chemically dependent patients and their families.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
