CoreSource is looking for a Client Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation, everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. They maintain senior management level contact with the Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client. The Client Manager is also responsible for the service delivery of CoreSource products and services that ensure client satisfaction. This position would most likely be a work from home position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation and ongoing duties in regard to new groups.
Seek out opportunities to recommend appropriate new CoreSource products/services
Ongoing day-to-day involvement with assigned clients, included but not limited to:
Problem solving/issue resolution, communicating and managing escalated issues
Liaison with other CoreSource departments/vendors
Personal contact with clients - phone calls, visits.
Producing monthly report packages
Producing other projects, analyses, reports, etc. as directed by client/director/consultant/senior management.
Coordinating and presenting renewals, claim reviews, with appropriate follow-through.
Presenting relevant industry, corporate, etc. issues to client.
Coordinating communication with client/CoreSource departments/vendors regarding new groups, terminations, plan changes, issues, new products, etc.
Participation in appropriate client/departmental/corporate meetings.
Assist in training/mentoring new Client Coordinators and other Client Managers
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Results oriented and self motivated
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interact with senior level executives
Thorough understanding of self funding and employee benefit plans
Excellent presentation skills
Willingness to travel
Focus on quality and client satisfaction
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree; or 2 - 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience _._

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
