Your Role:
As a Staff Accountant, Financial Reporting, reporting to the Director, Financial Reporting, you'll support full-cycle accounting, reporting, and ad-hoc projects.
This highly visible role contributes to enhancing financial reporting processes by streamlining information gathering and process documentation.
Stay updated on new accounting and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure compliance with accounting principles.
Research and analyze complex accounting issues and provide recommendations to management.
Experience They are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience with Big 4 accounting firms, National Accounting Firms, or private industry.
Experience in real estate or private equity accounting and researching accounting standards.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
CPA or CPA candidacy (a plus).
Familiarity with Yardi (beneficial but not mandatory).
