Baltimore, MD metro area Hybrid Hospitalist and SNFist positionJob will consist of covering inpatient hospital rounds on admitted patients in the morning and covering a skilled nursing facility in the afternoons.
Hospitals and skilled nursing facilities are all located in the Baltimore, MD metro area.
Employed through a private practice in Baltimore, MD with large primary care base and several SNF contracts.
Flexible hours as you can start your day when you desire (only requirement is to see your 22 patients per day)One weekend of coverage per month.
Can be at a skilled nursing facility or doing local hospital rounds (usually a half day of work).
Zero call after hoursThis is not a block schedule position Schedule is Monday Friday with one weekend of coverage per month.
No procedures required.
Base salary is $240,000 annually.
Additional production bonuses available if you see over 22 patients total any given day.
Group has a transcription service (scribe), so no need to do any EMR typing.
Just dictate notes and the scribe will type for you.
$10,000 sign-on bonus, 5K relocationHealth benefits, paid time off, 401K, long-term disability, life insurance and CME benefits, medical malpractice, good will bonus, productive bonus (RVU) based.
Open to Family medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatrics trained physicians.
Must be Board eligible or certified in Family or Internal Medicine/Geriatrics.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
