Through this team, we 1) dedicate and empower senior, cross-functional leaders, 2) proactively remove administrative friction, 3) create alternative integration paths aligned to requisite levels of risk, 4) relentlessly create space for innovation, and 5) insulate broader Capital One from zero-to-one entity risks.
The Accelerator is seeking an elite problem solver to support the development and delivery of high-priority projects. A strong candidate will have a proven track record of working through white space and strategic decision making, as well as rigorous organizational and analytical skills to track deliverables and measure success of this program. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company. We are looking for someone with a passion for building the next generation of products and services, a track record of crushing deadlines, and a hunger to imagine a new way of doing things.

What You'll Own:
You will leverage problem solving and influencing skills to deliver on high complexity project strategy and plans
You will focus on projects that are part of our key priorities of Capital One's senior leadership
You will support the planning, designing, managing, and execution of program strategy and project plans to ensure delivery in a dynamic environment
You will build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders at all levels to understand challenges and drive results
You will creatively solve problems and think outside of the box to help remove barriers and challenges
Creates executive-ready presentations and materials
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent strategic problem solving, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
Prioritize work based on established success criteria and timeframes
Motivate teams to solve problems and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that's geographically dispersed
Support the creation of structured milestone tracking through project roadmaps, workstream planning swimlanes, or other tools
Work daily to structure complex problems and develop multifaceted solutions
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in project or program management
At least 5 years of experience supporting or working within technology
Preferred
Qualifications:
