Managing vacation rentals in Annapolis Maryland and surrounding area.
This position is responsible for the guest preparedness of each individual STR unit on the iTrip Platform.
Responsibilities include cleanliness and the ease of use for properties, as well as maintaining inventory (furniture, electronics, consumables).
Other responsibilities may apply.
Physical Demands:
This position requires activity up to 75% of the time.
This may include Frequent standing, walking, lifting 20
lbs.
, talking, hearing, and occasional sitting.
Work Environment:
Work is performed at various locations around the greater Annapolis area (including Arnold, Severna Park, Pasadena, Crownsville and Kent Island).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to be onsite at multiple rental properties.
Travel:
Local travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
? This includes driving to unit to solve problems, provide assistance, or deliver additional material or supplies.
? Trash - confirm trash has been taken to curb on respective trash days and cans are emptied/returned to house prior to the next guest check-in ? Interact directly with cleaning companies and service contractors.
? The person in this position should be the last person in a property before guests arrive - making sure the property is impeccable and ready to provide world-class accommodation for every guest.
Often - This person will be the first in a property after guests leave to assess damage, lost and found, prepare for cleaning teams, and/or other tasks as necessary.
? Light maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries in locks, changing propane tanks, cleaning grills, ability to use tools for repairs/maintenance needed for properties.
? Monitor reservation calendar to be focused on when inspections should be scheduled and completed.
? Be familiar with STR usability details and instructions.
Be able to communicate these details.
? Maintain storage unit, transport linens from local laundromats, run miscellaneous errands as needed.
