Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling incoming calls, distinguishing between customer service and technical inquiries, and ensuring efficient resolution through our ticketing system.
Key responsibilities include opening and managing trouble tickets, forwarding technical issues to appropriate personnel, and tracking ticket progress to resolution.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and determine the nature of the inquiry (customer service or technical).
Open and manage trouble tickets in the database for all incoming inquiries.
Process and forward technical problems to field technicians or on-call engineers for resolution.
Track and monitor open trouble tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with Operations Center personnel, customers, technicians, and management.
Troubleshoot and configure airport devices used for managing air passenger baggage.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must:
Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Possess good computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
Exhibit effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Have a basic understanding of digital communications and network environments.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
Be adaptable to working in a 24x7 operations environment and willing to participate in a rotating shift schedule.
