This is a contract job oportunity for Construction Helper for a renovation of a single-family home in Owings, MD.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in one or more of the following:
HVAC Carpentry Flooring Tile work Painting Vanity and Cabinets installation Appliances installation Roof work Siding Working with supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential.
The goal is to do residential work including demo work, carpentry, painting, sealing, repars to systems and landscaping.
Must have prior knowledge of Maryland code and be able to read plans.
Battery tools are a plus.
