We're looking for someone who can work independently and as a team in a high paced environment requiring keen attention to detail and the desire to want to learn and do more! Some responsibilities include:
Answering & directing phone calls Receiving customer/job information Greet and assist visitors to the office Billing customers Receiving customer payments Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems Assisting other team members in completing tasks Preferred but not required skills include:
Customer Service Computer Skills Detail Oriented Time management Ability to multi-task & prioritize work Verbal & written communication skills Organizational & planning skills Able to work with a team & independently Boating knowledge Quick books knowledge Requirements:
