Primary Duties,
Responsibilities:
Scan/copy plans & permits to PDF, email as requested Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar Assist with event planning and coordination Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Be a team player Requirements Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred Strong computer literacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information We're an equal employment opportunity employer.
