Annapolis, MD Annapolis, MD Full-time Full-time Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to provide expertise to a federal client in support of their mission critical systems in defense of our Homeland.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions to our clients.
This role requires a strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivery exceptional products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Evaluate the need for and ensure the provision of necessary training for project personnel, providing up-to-date information on relevant programs, community resources, and options for consumers.
Conduct regular reviews of development processes, test plans, test cases, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
Analyze and report on test results, defects, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders for mitigation and corrective action.
Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute realistic project timelines, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Frequently interacts with subordinates and stakeholders on areas both functional and technical and foster a culture of mutual collaboration.
Establish standard operating procedures for processes and solutions; ensure the expectation is delivered with high quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Due to federal requirements, only US Citizens can be considered.
Candidates with dual citizenship cannot be considered.
Candidates with an existing Secret clearance are highly desirable.
However, applicants without a current Secret clearance, who have the ability to obtain and maintain one, will also be considered for this position.
Must be based around the Annapolis Junction, MD area.
This position requires onsite work; however, a limited amount of telework can be available, subject to approval.
This individual will be responsible for the daily operation of mission critical systems on a 24x7x365 workday basis.
Shift work will be required.
7 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance Management role or a related field.
7 or more years of experience in the following:
Communication Manager (CM) Communication Management System (CMS) Workforce Optimization (WFO) Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
