ASIC FPGA Engineer

Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
Also requires 5
years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire.

Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) engineer for the Space and Intelligence System LOB, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for development of FPGAs for advanced communication systems.

Definition, design, verification and documentation for FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) developments Architecture, system simulation and detailed design Implementation of telecommuication protocols and sophisticated processing algorithms Embedded micro-processing systems, FPGA Design and Verification using VHDL, and digital circuit analysis and design Implementation of HDL for systems-on-a-chip for FPGAs with or without microcontrollers Software Defined Radios (SDR) Digital or mixed signal board designs Python or similar scripting languages C, C++, Java, and/or Java Script What sets you apart:

Combined Salary Range USD $125,640.
