Must be skilled and experienced with using a buffer, minor scratch removal, acid rain removal, interior detailing to include stain removal, pet hair removal, leather reconditioning, and carpet cleaning.
Compensation to reflect experience and skill level.
Experience in a supervisory role a plus as well as ability to train others.
Job also requires monitoring, and tracking product usage, maintaining company supplied equipment and ordering supplies and product to keep department productive and serve the needs of the dealership.
