As the Cashier, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goal-oriented.
If you are professional, have integrity, love people, and like to get things done, apply today! Responsibilities Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees Calculates the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system.
Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order Makes change accurately and issues receipts to customers Records totals of repair orders, verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of shift Refers customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
Maintain Cafe Duties Maintain and cleaned the store, inventory, and stocking Adhere to food safety procedures Assist with various clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications Demonstrated superior customer service skills Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail Ability to multi-task and handle several tasks at once Must have at least a high school diploma/GED Must have a dealership and recent retail receptionist experience Must be able to work some evenings and weekends Professional appearance and strong work ethics Benefits We don't take a one-size-fits-all approach regarding our employees.
