To collect and maintain daily data entry of center's monthly, quarterly and annual statistical information to sponsoring and funding agencies.
Assemble data for annual reports and special projects.
Maintain and update grants and other fiscal reports including tracking of In-Kind donations.

Develop and maintain a record keeping and filing system to meet the continuous and changing needs of the center.
Track enrollment process of new participants to ensure all requirements are met within set time limits.
Maintain assigned binders for filing purposes.

Provide bi-weekly updates to Center director on data and statistical reports.
4.
Assist at the front desk as needed and handle center related communications.
5.
Assist with coordinating transportation needs of Center participants.
6.
Assist AFSC with special programs and events.
7.
Disseminate program information and resources to the community and other agencies.
8.
Attend sponsoring agency, MFN trainings and meetings.
9.
Ability to drive a 15 passenger van.
