Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ability to perform structural design calculations (beam design, reinforced concrete and steel structures design and analysis), sketches, computer modeling, and similar technical work as requiredAbility to read and develop contract plans, special provisions, and engineer's estimatesAssist with field inspections and condition assessments of transportation structures and facilitiesResearch design options and codes and discuss with project managerRequirements:
BS or ME in Civil or Structural Engineering with zero to two years of relevant experienceEI (preferred) or the ability to obtain FE certificationExperience with analytical software such as SAP, CSI Bridge, Midas, etc.
Experience with CAD software such as Microstation or AutoCADExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly motivated and responsible individual with a strong work ethicWe offer a professional work environment, a competitive salary, benefits package, and 401(k).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
