A$ A' A' ?Job Summary The Project Scheduler will be instrumental in the continued success of the company by working closely with program managers and leaders to establish and maintain project/program schedules.

Job ResponsibilitiesA cents EUR cents Help develop and maintain Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract.
A cents EUR cents Create project schedules for standard projects and large complex programs, taking all customer requirements and available resources into consideration during developmentA cents EUR cents Assist with developing and maintaining an integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) resource-loaded schedule to help forecast resources for leaders.
A cents EUR cents Work with the B/D teams to create and submit ROM schedules for proposal efforts.
A cents EUR cents Develop schedules that are cost-loaded to better predict cash flow and streamline billingsA cents EUR cents Perform what-if schedule scenarios, advanced schedule analysis, and variance analysis reports.
A cents EUR cents Analyze variances in schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variances to the Project/Program Manager.
A cents EUR cents Analyze schedules, review delays, and propose schedule recovery alternatives if neededA cents EUR cents Assist with the Time Impact Analysis submission process.
A cents EUR cents Assist with developing and maintaining the project schedule and progress including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and testing.
A cents EUR cents Facilitate and participate in the internal and external schedule review meetings.
A cents EUR cents Work in collaboration with project teams to develop consistency of the project scheduling approach and to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
A cents EUR cents Responsible for troubleshooting and monitoring potential scheduling problemsA cents EUR cents Defining and implementing schedule software (Primavera P6) management processes and procedures.
A cents EUR cents Provide support as needed for any schedule analysis and report.
A cents EUR cents Participate in Change Order processes to review impacts as well as make necessary adjustments to scheduling data for new/changing scopes.
A cents EUR cents Communicates with management and personnel from across the division.
Serves as an expert on call and prime contact to management on matters relating to the scheduling discipline.

The candidate will have the opportunity to help coach staff members on the functionalities/best practices of the Primavera tool.
