Position SummaryThe Laboratory Solutions Specialist (LSS) is responsible for and attaining quarterly/annual sales goals for EUROIMMUN reagents & consumables, as well as automation platforms.
Target customers include, but not limited to, regional reference laboratories, health systems, research laboratories and government institutions across a multi-state territory.
The territory for this role covers the Mid Atlantic territory which covers NC, VA, MD, DC, DE and Eastern PAPosition
Responsibilities:
Execute and maintain effective sales messaging and strategies that maximize product sales.
Develop, implement and adjust a territory business plan to ensure consistent goal attainment and continued revenue growth among current and future customers.
Provide leadership with organized and proficient forecasts, competitive sales activity and other information, as requested.
Cooperate and strategize with territory sales colleagues and internal teams (eg, scientific affairs and marketing) to expedite winning business opportunities.
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and situational fluency to provide customers with accurate and effective sales presentations.
Maintain accurate customer information and territory records through.
Participate in continuing education seminars and product training on a periodic basis.
Represent EUROIMMUN at conferences and trade shows, as required.
Expect to travel a minimum of 25%Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree A minimum of three-years sales experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Previous business-to-business, diagnostics or laboratory equipment sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiating dividual candidate should be self-starting and team-oriented.
Honesty, reliability and growth-oriented behavior with great sales puter proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and or similar CRM reporting.
