The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Business Process Advisory Services Consultant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading process redesign, change management, and recommendations for future workflows for existing HIM and Profee coding resources as part of the 3M 360 Encompass Professional (Facility and Clinic) implementation project. Delivering classroom and web-based training in the use of 3M 360 Encompass Professional (Facility and Clinic) software and reports Utilizing knowledge in 3M Physician Coding and Reimbursement System application, coding and clinical education around documentation requirements for professional fee coding Assuming responsibility, with oversight, for engagements that are typically small to large scale with the risk confined to the project and low to moderate business impact Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and twelve (12) years of experience in professional fee services to include coding, auditing and/or Revenue cycle requirement Seven (7) years of direct client engagement Two (2) years physician office/clinical management experience 0ne (1) year of experience in end-user software implementation and training Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
AAPC certification RHIA, RHIT Profession fee experience Healthcare Quality Improvement experience Ambulatory care or healthcare consulting (profee) experience Familiar with 3M 360 Encompass Professional software, programs and technologies Travel:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
