Project Manager at 3M in Annapolis, MD
Leading a dynamic and cohesive dedicated implementation team, serving as one of the primary contacts with 3M's CodeAssist and 360 Encompass product line clients, handling varied responsibilities such as creation of project specific plans, and monitoring and tracking progress, leading to a successful and high-quality installation and a satisfied customer. Creating project plans, monitoring, tracking and reporting progress. Determining and managing project scope and objectives, project schedule and costs, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensuring resource availability and allocation to deliver all projects on-time, within scope and within budget. Supporting Client/Executive relationship through liaisons with Sales and client's management team. Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and eleven (11) years of experience in Healthcare or Information Systems industry Five (5) years of experience in Health information and/or IT arena Two (2) years of client facing and internal communication skills experience, using written and spoken English Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Knowledge of 3M HIS products Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams. Excellent verbal, written and analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
