Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office and assist with daily operations - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Assist with event planning and coordination - Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role preferred - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
