APPLICANTS MUST LIVE WITHIN 15 MILES OF ANNAPOLIS, MD.
THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include answering phones, creating files, data entry, document preparation, social media management, assisting salespeople, client communication and follow up, file organization, order office supplies.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Boating background is a plus also Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
