Upscale Steak & Seafood Restaurant seeking a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest service standards, assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant, and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our esteemed guests.
Responsibilities:
oGuest Satisfaction:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest receives personalized attention and a memorable dining experience.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.
oOperational Excellence:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining a refined and luxurious ambiance throughout the establishment.
oService Standards:
Maintain and uphold the highest service standards in line with fine dining protocols, including attention to detail, proper tableside etiquette, wine service, and menu knowledge.
Lead by example and provide guidance to the team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
oTeam Leadership:
Support and inspire the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including hosts/hostesses, servers, sommeliers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide ongoing training and development.
oQuality Control:
Uphold strict standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and compliance with established fine dining procedures.
oSales and Revenue Generation:
Support initiatives to drive sales and increase average check amounts.
oFinancial Management:
Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to meet financial targets and maximize profitability.
Contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
oHealth and Safety Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
