A passion for fine wine and enthusiasm for customer service is a must.
Flexibility in scheduling is required.

Have a passion and interest in Wine Perform tastings and educate guests about Wine Positive Attitude Able to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
Good communication and ability to promote sales.
Able to work efficiently under pressure Must handle guest complaints according to the policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
