Rockwell Collins ARINC in Annapolis, Maryland is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager to support our Commercial Aviation Solutions Division. The Customer Implementation Manager will:
Provide technical support to assist GLOBALink customers with implementation of new datalink and value added services and applications.
Possess in depth understanding of datalink avionics and host/end systems and how they interface with Rockwell Collins ARINC services.
Effectively lead troubleshooting of problems for airline operational datalink programs and efficiently resolve them to the satisfaction of our customers within Rockwell Collins ARINC internal cost, schedule, and resource constraints.
Assist with data collection and analysis by utilizing scripts to automate processes.
Collaboratively work with Account Managers, Engineering, and program managers to implement new services, existing services for new customers, and solutions to resolve operational communication problems.
Provide training to our airline customers as needed.
Travel to customer sites to present technical material and gather application requirements is required.

Qualifications
Required
Experience:
Seven or more years of commercial technical experience with the airline industry.
Possess an understanding of basic programming concepts with the ability to write/edit scripts given examples.
Possess some web page experience.
Ability to understand database concepts (tables, views, indexes) using SQL query.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with implementing new and existing services.
Ability to interact with customers on all levels including technical, flight operations, and business.
Possess excellent communication, presentation, and team building skills.
Education or Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering as a minimum
Desired
Experience:
Demonstrated hands-on experience with commercial airlines and avionics manufacturers implementing Data Link Applications.
Knowledgeable in industry specifications related to customer operations.
