Position Objective
Provides assistance to nursing staff in the admission process and the monitoring of patients substance abuse withdrawal and accomplishment of the daily activity schedule.
There is reasonable anticipation that employees in this position will be exposed to blood-borne pathogens.
Knowledge/Experience
Required: A High school diploma or equivalent. CPR -American Heart Association Health Care Provider. Ability to type 30 wpm. Demonstrates basic computer skills.
Preferred: Certification as a nursing assistant (C.N.A.). Position requires a combination of education, training and experience in a medical oriented setting that produces a demonstrated ability to work with chemically dependent patients and their families.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
